Callbacks to previous Love Live! Series[]

- Continuing tradition, Shizuku is implied to have some Yuri-based fantasies when she's writing a script (a Beauty and a Beast-themed) for Ayumu and Setsuna.
- One of the words for the "Galaxy Shojo Squad / Tokimeki Rainbow" title is a reference to "SHO☆JO", one of the submitted names for A・ZU・NA.
- When Ayumu, Yu, Setsuna, and Shizuku were all together at the school idol exhibit:
- The trophy that appeared in the first Love Live! anime series made an appearance.
- The victory flag that appeared in the Love Live! and Love Live! Sunshine!! anime series made an appearance.
Differences from the ALL STARS game[]
Continuity Notes[]
- The magical girl show Setsuna mentioned in The Uncharted Path appears as "Galaxy Shojo Squad / Tokimeki Rainbow".
- Ayumu shows her reaction to Yu clinging to Setsuna on the rollercoaster since her reaction to both of them in Summer Begins.
- The rhodanthe flowers from Blossoming Feelings made a reappearance at the end of the episode.
Error & Goofs[]
- 21:25 Dark shades around Ayumu's upper body was immediately applied after grabbing Yu's hand.
Continuity Errors[]
- Ayumu was worried about Yu's condition that she might collapsed from exhaustion at anytime, however it is unknown whether it's a callback to Ayumu's bond story in SIFAS as this has yet to be proven.
