Hasunosora Girls' High School is an all-girls high school located in Japan. This is the school the members of the Hasunosora Girls' High School Idol Club attend.
Description[]
Hasunosora is a private girls' school located in the city of Kanazawa within Ishikawa Prefecture. It is located on a mountain beside a lake where lotus flowers bloom. Because the school has a long history, traditions handed down from long ago live on even now.
Hasunosora is known for being a strict school, with the board even going so far as to try to impose an internet ban. There is a heavy emphasis on tradition, with an expectation that students will be dedicated to their lives on grounds. For that reason, students must ask permission to leave the grounds, although another reason for this is the unlit mountainous paths surrounding the school.
A bus to Kanazawa Station comes on the weekend, allowing students to purchase needed items, although there is a school store on campus too. An otter is known to wander the school as a pet, beloved by the students and fed by the student council.
Uniform[]
The winter uniform consists of a brown dress with a white sailor-style collar. There was black buckles around the waist to cinch in the dress; the skirt is knee-length. There is a white line around the bottom of the skirt about an inch from the hem. 1st years in each year wear the ribbon color of the 3rd years from the previous year, and they wear that color until their graduation. For example, during Kaho's 2nd year, 1st years wear yellow ribbons, 2nd years wear red ribbons, and 3rd years wear green ribbons. The ribbons are held by a gold tie and hang straight down. The uniform seems to be customizable with Sayaka wearing a long-sleeved, cream-colored cardigan over her uniform. Tsuzuri wears tights as opposed to knee-socks, and also wears black half gloves. Kaho and Sayaka also wear black knee-socks as opposed to the traditinal, while Megumi wears white ankle socks. All wear identical brown shoes.
The summer uniform consists of a light blue dress with a white sailor-style collar. There is a row of grey buttons down the front of the dress and a white belt; there is also a line of grey around the bottom of the skirt about an inch from the hem. The ribbon colors for years remain the same, but their ribbons are tied in bows. These uniforms also seem to be customizable as Megumi retains her white ankle socks, and Tsuzuri is wearing black shoes with a trap over the arch.

- Hasunosora has been open for over a century, with the story seeing Kaho enroll as part of its 103rd class.
- Hasunosora is the fourth school in the franchise to not be based in Tokyo following Uranohoshi Girls' High School, Seisen Girls' Academy and Kozu Girls' High School.
- Hasunosora is the second school in the franchise to have dorms on campus following Nijigasaki High School.
- Though the Nijigasaki students are not required to live in the dorms, and can choose to live in them or not.
