The project was announced on February 2nd, 2025 at the end of the Love Live! Series Asia Tour 2024 ~Minna de Kanaeru Monogatari~ live concert at Yokohama K-Arena. An announcement containing a key visual, alongside a website for the project, were unveiled shortly after.[1] On April 28, 2025, the YouTube channel launched along with another teaser video which showcased the silhouettes of the characters, and announced that the project would start on May 12, 2025.[2]
On May 12, 2025, the project officially launched, revealing project details, the members and their voice actors.
