Moeka Koizumi

Moeka Koizumi was born on February 27, 1996 in the Hyogo Prefecture. Her common voice actress nickname is "Moepi". She voices Shioriko Mifune, one of the main characters in Love Live! Nijigasaki High School Idol Club.

Her call and response during concerts begins with, "Nijigasaki Gakuen seito kaichou no Mifune Shioriko desu. Anatatachi ni wa aru tekisei ga sonawatte imasu." (lit. I am Shioriko Mifune, Nijigasaki High School's student council president. You have been gifted with a certain aptitude.), to which the audience replies with, "Nandesuka?" (lit. What is it?). Koizumi then replies with, "Sore wa, kono ba wo zenryoku de tanoshimu tekisei desu!" (lit. It's the aptitude to enjoy your life to the fullest, here and now!).

Her image color during concerts is jade green.

In 2014, Moeka has won the Amuse Audition in the singing and voice acting divisions, and since then she is mostly seen on commercials and musical plays.

She is part of duo unit 𝒉𝒂𝒓𝕞𝕠𝕖, along with Iwata Haruki. They are signed under the music label PonyCanyon.^[1]

The name Moeka means "bud, sprout" (萌) (moe) and "fragrance, fragrant" (香) (ka)
Moeka's surname Koizumi means "small" (小) (ko) and "spring, fountain" (泉) (izumi).

She is currently under the agency Amuse, the same agency as Kaori Maeda, Kanako Takatsuki, Hinata Sāto and Asami Tano.
When she was auditioning for the role, it was already planned that Shioriko would join the Nijigasaki High School Idol Club.
- She also revealed of her audition that she had first gone for a role for Love Live! Sunshine!! but did not succeed, and immediately auditioned again when Nijigasaki was announced.

Moeka became the subject of a meme called the "iPhone Shower" in February 2021, when she uploaded a blurred photo of herself on Twitter, revealing that she had often brought her phone into the shower due to the fact that phones get dirty often.
