Natsumi Murakami was born on September 7, 1995 in Tokyo Prefecture. Her common voice actress nicknames are "Nacchan" and "Nachan". She voices Ai Miyashita, a main character in Love Live! Nijigasaki High School Idol Club.
Her call-and-response during concerts begins with "Ai-tomo no minna~ Aishiteru yo~" (lit. To all the Ai-Friends out there~! I love you~), to which the audience (and fellow voice actors if present) will reply with "Ore mo~" (lit. Me too~). Then she will start giving high-fives to the members near her while saying "Te koto de hai tacchi shitara haitakkusan tomodachi de kita ne! Nan tsutte!" (lit. So, if we give each other a high-five, we'll be saying "Hi!" to lots of new friends! Just kidding!).

Health Issues[]
On June 30, 2022, Natsumi tested positive for COVID-19.[1] She once again tested positive for the virus on May 18, 2023.[2]
She was cast as Alice Thymefield in Zenless Zone Zero, but she was forced to drop the role as she was still recovering from vocal cord inflammation and couldn't meet the recording deadline, as stated in her agency announcement via Twitter on June 30, 2025.[3]

- The name Natsumi means "apple tree" (奈) (na), "haven, port, harbor, ferry" (津) (tsu) and "fruit, good result, truth" (実) (mi).
- Natsumi's surname Murakami means "town, village" (村) (mura) and "above, top, upper" (上) (kami).
