- Kanata and Emma's monologue at the start of the episode is a reference to the lyrics in the first two stanzas of Sing & Smile.

- In the Odaiba Gamers' sequence:
- Various CDs, such as units singles, Liella!'s singles such as "Nonfiction!!", and several Love Live! voice actresses' CDs, made an appearance in the product shelves, albeit extremely blurred.
- One of the entrances feature a similarly-blurred promo advertisements of the Pop Up Parade figurines of the School Idol Club members.
- In the scene where the girls watch Lanzhu pay for her purchases, the "BanG Dream!" logo can be seen under the shelves.

Callbacks to other Love Live! series media[]
- The futon-wrapped Kanata teru teru bozu doll is based on Fujimaru's drawing from the School Idol Festival app 4komas.
- The remaining members of the Y.G. International Academy (aside from Emma who has been studying in Nijigasaki High School in this continuity) appears in a poster promoting a joint concert between them and the Idol Club.
- The QU4RTZ members sitting on swings references the fact that swings are used in live performances of Sing & Smile!! and Swinging!. They also appear in the CD jacket illustration of their 2nd single, Swinging!.
- A still shot of Yu using megaphone to cheer for Ayumu and Ai is similar to the School Idol Channel mode in ALL STARS.
Differences from the ALL STARS game[]
- Lanzhu held some surprise concerts around the campus, albeit on her own solo concert without the other members in.
Continuity Notes[]
- Parts of Lanzhu's suite was already shown during the previous episode's Eutopia MV.
Errors & Goofs[]
- 18:48 At least two frames apart of Kasumi's right hand initially showed six fingers. It is unknown whether it's an animation error or was an intentional part of the hand motion as Kasumi's hand moves rapidly.
- 21:07 Emma's expression is flat despite smiling in the shot before.
