smile smile ship Start! is Aqours' song from their 5th Anniversary single. It was released on March 31, 2021 on both CD and DVD/Blu-ray disc.
The song is written by Aki Hata, and is composed and arranged by Tatsuya Kato.

This song depicts the Aqours' girls on a fun nautical journey. Picking up from where KISEKIHIKARU left off, this song is based off of the main theme of Love Live! Sunshine!!, another track included in the original soundtrack.

- This is the second Aqours single to have a music video animated fully in CGI, after KOKORO Magic "A to Z".
- The beginning of the song is the edited version of the intro song for concerts that was supposed to be played at the Aqours 6th LoveLive! DOME TOUR 2020 but was cancelled due to COVID-19. It was later used as the intro song for Aqours ONLINE LoveLive! ～LOST WORLD～.
PV-based Trivia[]
- The outfits are the re-colored versions of the Fantastic Departure outfits.
- The ship that Aqours is on is based on The Scandinavia (formerly M/S Stella Polaris), which was docked in Numazu in the past.
- The notebook with black binding rings from previous entries in the Love Live! Sunshine!! series is drawn on horizontally, as opposed to vertically like the previous entries.
